That's our motto, and it shows up in everything we do — from the first site walk to the five-years-later service call. We're a small, family-feel team built around the idea that security work should be done by people who answer the phone.
How Alpha works
We're licensed (CSLB #944754) and UL Fire Certified, which means every install we do meets — and usually exceeds — California's code requirements. That's table stakes. The differentiator is what happens after the install.
Most security companies grow until they can't remember who their customers are. We've stayed deliberately small so that doesn't happen. You know your installer's name. You know who to call if a sensor flakes out. You know we'll be there.
Our work covers everything from a single residential video camera install to enterprise-scale fire + access + surveillance integrations for multi-site commercial clients. The thing that doesn't change across project size is how we approach it: explain the options, do the work right, stand behind it.

Every install is permitted, inspected, and code-compliant. No corners cut for "we'll deal with it later."
Real components
UL-listed gear from manufacturers with proven track records. We don't install equipment that's going to fail in 18 months.
Honest scope
If you don't need a feature, we'll tell you. If you do need one you haven't thought of, we'll tell you that too.
Long-term service
We answer the phone five years after install. If something needs attention, we come back. It's a relationship, not a transaction.
