Who we are
Alpha Alarm & Audio is a California-licensed security installer (CSLB #944754) based in Vacaville. This policy explains how we handle information you give us through this website or while we work with you.
Information we collect
- Information you submit through forms on this site: name, phone, email, property details, and a description of the service you need.
- Service records: your system configuration, installed components, service history, monitoring contracts — kept so we can serve you properly.
- Monitoring data: alarm events, sensor activations, and dispatch records — kept per UL and California regulations and your monitoring agreement.
- Server logs auto-generated when you visit this site: IP address, browser, pages, timestamps. Used for security and uptime.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule service.
- To bill you, source equipment, and document work performed.
- To operate the monitoring service per your monitoring agreement (this includes contacting you, your designated responders, and emergency services per the protocol you've set).
- To keep records required by UL, CSLB, and California consumer-installation regulations.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with third parties for marketing.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Who has access
Information is accessed only by Alpha Alarm & Audio staff (or our central station monitoring partner under contract) for the purpose of serving you. We may share information when required by law (e.g. a subpoena), when dispatching emergency response, or as needed to defend against a legal claim.
Retention
Active service records are kept for as long as you're a customer plus the period required by California law and our monitoring obligations. Form submissions that don't lead to a service relationship are deleted within 12 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights (California)
You have the right to know what information we have about you, to request deletion, and to request correction. Email info@alphaaa.com with your request and we'll respond within 45 days as required by California law.
